behind the posts
Texas Youth Jazz for Life is a non-profit organization committed to the education and engagement of youth in the art of jazz. We believe in the transformative power of music and its ability to bring joy, inspiration, and connection to individuals of all ages. Our programs provide young musicians with the opportunity to learn, practice, and perform jazz, fostering both their musical talents and personal growth. The organization was founded by two brothers, Alexander Feng (Piano) and Adam Feng (Saxophone), who live in Southlake, Texas. Their passion for jazz performance blossomed during their time with the Carroll Jazz Band in high school.
